Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are the clusters of fruits harvested from mature oil palm trees. They are the primary raw material used to produce palm oil and other palm-based products consumed worldwide.

While AgriNova applies professional farm management and proven systems to optimize performance, returns are influenced by yield and market prices.

Because FFB is where the value begins. It drives the entire palm oil value chain and benefits from strong local and global demand. Your investment start yielding from the 3rd year when early fruiting of the nursery commence.

You have the option to appoint AgriNova (or its designated managers) under a Farm Management Agreement, ensuring: 

– Professional maintenance 
– Structured harvesting
– Coordinated sales process (Management fees apply)

You can either: 
– Sell directly to buyers, or
– Authorize AgriNova to handle sales on your behalf at prevailing market rates

Yes. Site visits and organized estate tours are available, subject to operational and safety guidelines.

Like all agricultural ventures, performance may be influenced by: – Yield variability -Weather conditions -Pests and diseases -Market price fluctuations Agrinova actively implements risk management strategies to mitigate these factors.

No. Your ownership is limited strictly to your Farm Unit or produce-linked rights.There are no equity, dividend, or governance rights.

All payments must be made only to AgriNova designated bank account to ensure full protection and proper documentation.

No. Payments made to agents, individuals, or unauthorized accounts are invalid and will not be recognized.

Each unit is approximately 3,000 sqm (1 acre), accommodating an estimated 60 oil palm trees, subject to Agronomic spacing and farm layout.

Yes. Transfers and resale are permitted, subject to standard documentation, compliance checks, and administrative procedures.

No. This is a direct asset-backed acquisition, not a collective investment or profit-sharing arrangement.

You will be issued:

– Sales Invoice
– Payment Receipt
– Contract of Sale
– Deed of Assignment (Upon Allocation)
– Survey Plan

At AgriNova, once you subscribed your plantation already commences through the nursery phase. Physical Allocation is seasonal as it done during the planting seasons.

– 1st Year: Raising the Nursery
– 2nd Year: Transplanting to Permanent Site
– 3rd Year: Early Fruiting & Harvesting commence
– 4th Year: Early stage harvesting
– 5th Year: Matured oil palm plantation

You will receive:

– Quarterly and annual reports

AgriNova uses F1 Tenera seedlings—known for:

– Higher yield capacity
– Superior oil content
– Strong disease resistance

Fruiting commence from 3rd year, harvesting and processing 4th year (Commercial value starts 5th year)

For accuracy and protection, rely strictly on AgriNova approved written documents. Unauthorized representations are not binding on the company.

A 5% monthly interest applies to outstanding balances beyond the agreed payment period.

Non-payment for three consecutive months may lead to subscription cancellation.

Within 3 months (before cultivation): Refund less 40% administrative fee After cultivation begins: No direct refund; resale option applies (less 40% fee) Note: Cultivation begins at pre-nursery stage

Yes. Notify Agrinova at least 1 month before expiry. Each 3-month extension attracts 10% interest on total subscription value.

AgriNova Ltd serves as both the developer and estate manager, ensuring a well-structured and professionally coordinated environment. Responsibilities include:
– Master layout planning and estate design
– Infrastructure development and coordination
– Day-to-day estate management and operations This ensures your investment is maintained within a structured, organized, and professionally managed ecosystem.

Yes, but this attracts a 10% administrative charge on the original subscription value.

AgriNova adopts a well-planned estate structure to ensure efficient farming operations, optimal yield, and long-term sustainability across Nova Palm City. A general estate layout is provided to guide planting, access, and overall operations. The following principles apply:
– The land is designated specifically for oil palm cultivation, with a long-term horizon of up to 30 years, in line with agricultural best practices and applicable regulations.
– The estate layout serves as a strategic guide, and may be refined or adjusted where necessary to enhance operational efficiency and farm productivity.
– To preserve the integrity and value of the estate, subscribers are required to maintain the agricultural purpose of the land. Any alternative use or repurposing will require prior written approval from AgriNova and relevant regulatory authorities.
